The MBS Team Building Program is a proven method of communication that teaches how to recognize and focus on the hidden strengths of others.

MBS focuses on people through the MBS survey. The seven hour workshop then helps participants learn to focus on the strengths of their coworkers and customers. These working relationships will directly and significantly affect their effectiveness through others.

    Part One: Understanding MBS
    MBS begins with the trust and understanding of others. Learn to focus on those around you to improve communication, production and profits.

    Part Two: Introduction To The Profile
    To effectively understand others, each participant will achieve greater self-understanding through the analysis of their own profile.

    Part Three: Directness Trait
    The focus is on Results, being in Control and Solving Problems. Understand that a Direct's candid suggestion is not meant as criticism.

    Part Four: Extroversion Trait
    The focus is on People and Teamwork. Learn to be interactive, provide feedback and support the intentions of the Extrovert.

    Part Five: Blue Trait
    The focus is on Timing, Harmony and Cooperation. Support the schedule of the Paced individual by providing deadline, acting patient and unhurried.

    Part Six: Structure Trait
    The focus in on being Right and doing Right. Find out why the Structured individual hates to make mistakes and why you should support their methods by being detailed, with your facts in writing.
